THE WESTERN INDUSTRIAL BUNGALOW
A sweeping bungalow with a blend of western and industrial design elements like raw wood, matte finishes, rope, metal, and earth tones. The primary design elements lean toward a relaxed, industrial style with a nature-inspired blend of hard and soft materials, layered neutrals and mixed metals to give the space a comfortable, uncontrived feel.
TIMELESS ON FIFTH AVE
The restoration of the 100-year-old home involved a complete renovation of the main level, combining modern functionality with classic design. The kitchen was moved to create an open, inviting space, improving flow and accessibility. Walls were removed for an airy layout that maximizes natural light and enhances sight-lines, fostering connection between living areas.
Original architectural details were preserved while integrating contemporary elements. The result is a refined contemporary classic style with neutral palettes and clean lines, balancing historic charm with modern living. This restoration creates a functional and visually appealing space that honors the past.
BROWN STREET ECLECTIC
We love the stories these old homes have to tell. There’s character bursting from every corner and opportunities to incorporate their history into the design elements. With collections of books and art to adorn the walls, we introduced a blend of design styles like mid-century tufting, glossy modern millwork, traditional penny tile, and contemporary floating shelves. A space to gather, entertain, rest and replenish.
